PRC will join the company's resistor group along with Tepro and Hymeg. This acquisition greatly expands the product breadth of an already extensive resistor offering. PRC has been designing and manufacturing high-reliability resistors, sensors, shunts, and compensators since 1932. According to Scott Fisher, director of sales and marketing, ETI, PRC is a perfect fit with ETI's existing product lines and customer base and the company looks forward to building a long-term relationship with PRC's current customers and introducing them to ETI's entire family of companies.
